All sales are final once the order is placed and they cannot be cancelled. Please contact us ASAP if there is an issue with your order.
Not all items can be returned. Typically used merchandise cannot be accepted for a return/refund. Items cannot be refunded due to allergies or irritation, please look at our ingredients list for allergies and test a spot before regular use. Please contact us so we can help you with your issue. If you have unopened merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible if you received the wrong product.
We will provide a replacement for the correct product or a refund of store credit.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Orders shipped outside the United States may experience delays due to many unforeseen circumstances. If you have an issue with your order or delivery please contact us so we can help you with a replacement or store credit. Some tracking information is not available in all countries outside the United States and may be subject to different shipping/delivery procedures.
Please contact your local post office for delivery issues if you do not receive your product if marked delivered. Check with a family member, neighbor or your postal carrier. Often it is delivered the next day.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. This does not include international customs or duties which the customer is responsible for.
Most orders ship within 1-2 days and even same day. If there are major delays we will contact you.
International shipping outside of the USA can take 8-10 days with Priority shipping. In some cases it may take up to 30 days. Unfortunately this is out of our control but we will do everything we can to get your package to you. Priority Shipping does come included with insurance and tracking.

Shipping is $6 for standard shipping or $10 for USPS Priority upgrade.
USPS Priority shipping is $25. This includes expedited shipping, insurance and tracking.
Rest of World
USPS Priority shipping is $35. This includes expedited shipping, insurance and tracking.

If you place an order and we cannot ship to you, you will be contacted and your order will be cancelled/refunded 100% within 24-48 hours, do not worry.
We are still fulfilling orders and continuing to ship every day with proper CDC recommended PPE. If your order will be delayed more than 1-3 days you will be contacted otherwise all orders will ship as normal. Thank you for your patience.
Due to the nature of the products and the ongoing situation we are not accepting returns and all sales are final. If you received the wrong product or are unhappy with the product please contact us as soon as possible.
Our main priority is the health and safety of our customers.
As such, we wanted to let you know about the specific and documented sanitation protocol being followed by our office/fulfillment center which includes:
- Cleaning all common and shared areas multiple times per day, such as receiving and packing stations
- Cleaning shelves when restocking products
- Sanitizing restrooms more frequently and restocking with necessary sanitation supplies (soap, paper towels and hand sanitizer)
- Adding extra hand sanitizer in shared spaces
- Wiping down equipment
- Disinfecting all surfaces
- Limited visitors
In addition we encourage everyone to follow CDC guidelines for protecting themselves and those around them.
