Peppermint Oil
What it is
Peppermint oil is an oil that is distilled from peppermint leaves of the same plant. It's a thin, light oil that is minty and has a nice cooling effect. There are many varieties of it that range from Chinese to Yakima, Washington geographies. Peppermint oil is a vasodilator which widens blood vessels.
What it does
Luckily it has a few uses. The cooling effect feels amazing first off and secondly it helps with dandruff and dry skin similar to tea tree oil. Since it widens blood vessels topically, it increases blood flow and circulation to the scalp which helps hair grow faster and eliminates inflammation along with dry skin issues.
